The marking of the terminal refers to the marking of the conductive parts used to connect the device and the external conductor. It is mainly used for basic parts (such as fuses, relays, transformers, and rotating electric machines) and equipment composed of these devices (such as motor control equipment). Terminal markings are also suitable for the identification of specific wire ends that perform certain functions (such as power grounding and chassis grounding, etc.).

 

The identification methods of common electrical wiring terminals and specific wires in electrical wiring diagrams are as follows.


1. There are special mechanical methods for marking the electrical wiring terminals of the AC system:

1 phase-the mark symbol is U;

2-phase-the mark symbol is V;

3-phase—marker number one is W; neutral line—marker is N.

 

2. The power supply of the AC system the specific wire marking method of the power supply of the AC system is as follows:

Phase 1—The marking symbol is "L1", and some drawings are indicated by "A";

Phase 2—The marking symbol is "L2", which is indicated by "B" on some drawings;

4. Protective grounding wire for electrical appliances with protective grounding wire, the common mark of its terminal and specific wire is usually represented by the "PE" mark symbol, and its graphic symbol is shown in Figure 5-1a.

8. For electrical appliances with equipotential and equipotential, the common mark of the terminal and the specific abnormal line is usually represented by the "cc" mark symbol, and the graphic symbol is shown in Figure 5-1e.

 

9. Non-grounded protective conductors. For non-grounded protective conductors, the marking of specific conductors is indicated by the symbol Pull.

 

10. The protective grounding wire and the neutral wire are used together. The protective grounding wire and the neutral wire are used together with the mark of the specific wire, which is usually represented by the symbol of "'EN".
